the engagement
Mo and Jon's engagement session was truly one for the books, we adventured around Horsetooth reservoir in Fort Collins, Co for their session and MAN WAS IT WINDY. BUT... so MAGICAL!!
They brought their sweet doggo with them, and he was a perfect boy and loved the mountain air.
Mo and Jon are seriously the most kind and sweet people you will ever meet, Jon even brought his motorcycle with them to their session. And... although it decided to not run, we still got to play and make some super fun pictures.
Family.... oh they came too! ..... their families are the best ever. . . which you will see in their wedding.
the wedding
When Mo told me they were getting married at her parent's house, I thought.. " cute little backyard wedding".... and cute it was... and yes it was in the backyard BUT this was the most EPIC and perfectly detailed, perfectly styled BACKYARD THROW DOWN WEDDING that has probably ever happened.
Mo's parents house is in Castle Rock, Colorado and was the most amazing venue for their wedding. They filled the back with rows for their 300+ guests, made tents with canoes filled with drinks and turned the "garage" into the perfect dance hall. I have never seen a backyard wedding be so incredible. Every detail was thought through and the decorations were so personal.
Mo and Jon's wedding also included some pretty fancy donkeys.... who looked very pretty.
